Michael Caballero serves as the Senior Director of Business Operations at Equis Research since May 2021, previously holding the title of Director of Operations and Finance. Prior experience includes roles as Coordinated Campaign Operations Director at the Arizona Democratic Party, and Credentials and Ticketing for the 59th Presidential Inaugural Committee. Michael also contributed as Director of Operations and Deputy Director of Operations for Pete for America, and worked as a Distributed Organizer for Beto for Texas, focusing on grassroots voter-contact efforts. An early career position as an International Policy Intern at the American National Standards Institute involved quantitative analysis of international trade projects. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from American University and a Study Abroad Certificate in International Economics from Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
