Jayanth Neelakanta is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the technology and education sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Equip since November 2021, Jayanth previously held the same title at Socratease and AutoProctor from January 2018 to October 2021, where notable achievements included the development of an eLearning platform and an automated proctoring tool. Jayanth founded Wlend in September 2015 and led the initiative until December 2018. Educationally, Jayanth holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from Syracuse University and a Bachelor’s Degree in the same field from Chennai Mathematical Institute.
