Valentina Lucaj is an experienced professional with a robust background in member experiences and marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Member Experiences at Equinox since October 2019, Valentina has developed expertise in enhancing customer engagement. Prior to this role, Valentina worked as a Marketing Specialist at Saks Fifth Avenue from March 2015 to October 2019, and as a Marketing Coordinator at Buzz Creators, Inc. from September 2013 to December 2014. Valentina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications, with a focus on Public Relations and Marketing, from Iona University, where studies were completed between 2012 and 2014.
