Marc Mastronardi serves as the President of Equinox and has an extensive background in retail leadership, previously holding several executive positions at Macy's, including Chief Stores Officer and EVP, as well as SVP of Customer Experience & Store Operations and EVP of Business Development Innovation. Marc began their career at Filene's, where duties included Buyer for Ladies Suits and Boys 2-7 Sportswear, in addition to serving as Assistant to the President. Marc holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from Boston College, earned between 1995 and 1999, and graduated from Chaminade High School in 1995.
