Brian Hemedinger has extensive experience in sales and management, currently serving as the Regional Sales Director for the West Region at Equinox since January 2006, where previous roles include Regional Director and Area Manager for Northern California. In addition, since December 2020, Brian has held the position of Principal at Maebar Capital, focusing on helping corporate professionals invest in cash-flowing multifamily real estate. Brian's earlier career includes roles at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company as a Residence Concierge and various management positions within Equinox. Brian earned a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) from The New School and a Bachelor of Arts in Theater from Buffalo State University.
