Brendan W. is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in founding and managing ventures across various sectors. Currently serving as Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Equinox Ventures since November 2020, Brendan has been pivotal in driving innovative initiatives, including Labflow. Previously, Brendan co-founded and led StartOut Australia as Managing Director from January 2014 to September 2021, focusing on health promotion for diverse sexuality and gender communities. Brendan's career includes significant roles at PwC, where contributions to establishing the firm's first B2B SaaS business and managing key client relationships were notable. Other experiences encompass leadership positions in event management at Future Assembly, consulting at Oracle, and technical support at Westnet. Brendan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering from The University of Western Australia and participated in the VC Catalyst Program at the Wade Institute of Entrepreneurship in 2019.
