Sanket Shah currently serves as Assistant Team Manager and previously held the position of Senior Business Development Executive at Equinox Labs, a prominent laboratory specializing in Food, Water, and Air Testing with a focus on Food Safety Auditing. With experience in business development, Sanket has contributed to the organization, which is FSSAI Notified and accredited by MOEF&cc, NABL, ISO 9001:2015, and HRAA. Prior to these roles, Sanket was a Business Development Executive and had an internship as a Compliance Intern at Equinox Labs. Additionally, Sanket completed a Production Internship at Nestlé. Sanket holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Food Technology and Processing from the Queens College of Food Technology and Research Foundation.
