Anupama Jayakumar is currently a Microbiology Intern at Equinox Labs, having commenced this role in August 2023. Previously, Anupama completed a Summer Internship at Orbito Asia in August 2022, focusing on clinical biochemistry, microbiology, histopathology, and hematology, with responsibilities that included assisting with patient testing and sample analysis. In June 2021, Anupama gained insights into RT-PCR through a virtual internship at Veridian Micro Lab Pvt Ltd, where key topics included primer design and data analysis. Additionally, Anupama undertook virtual training at EP Infoways Pvt. Ltd. Anupama holds a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from PSG College of Arts and Science, completed in June 2023, and has earlier educational experiences at GD Matriculation Higher Secondary School and Nirmala Matha Convent Matriculation Higher Secondary School.
