Michelle Hayden Bomberger is the Founder and CEO of Equinox Business Law Group PLLC since May 2005, where responsibilities encompass managing complex relationships, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and workforce issues. In addition, Michelle serves as a Co-Host for The Shrimp Tank since April 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Manager of Business Process Analysis at Cingular Wireless, Business Plan Developer at Ignite Venture Partners, Summer Associate positions at Venture Law Group and Gordon & Glickson, Strategy Consultant at Baltimore Advisors, and Consultant at Ernst & Young LLP. Educational credentials include an MBA in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and Finance from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, a JD in Corporate Transactional and Entrepreneurship from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, and a BBA in Finance and Computer Applications from the University of Notre Dame.
