Tone Irgens Henanger is an experienced leader in climate and sustainability, currently serving as the Leader of Climate and Sustainability at Equinor since January 2017. Prior to this role, Tone held various positions at Statoil, including Principal Engineer in Subsea Technology with a focus on HSE, Quality, and Risk Management, as well as Management System Coordinator within Production Norway. Earlier experience includes roles in material science and subsea engineering and earlier positions in operations and service at Rosenborg sportsklinikk and Elkem Thamshavn. Tone holds a Master of Science in Materials Technology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and has pursued studies in Organizational Psychology at NHH.
