Nils Hofseth Andersen is a highly experienced IT professional with a robust background in the energy trading domain. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor IT Architecture at Equinor since July 2009, Nils focuses on modernizing IT usage and delivery models. Previous roles include Lead Analyst IT, where Nils emphasized efficiency and quality in business IT deliveries, and Principal Analyst, providing insights into commodity and oil trading processes. Nils's earlier career includes significant positions at Capgemini as a Managing Consultant and Senior Consultant, where expertise in Java development and upstream IT solutions was demonstrated. Additionally, Nils has experience as a Software Developer III at Landmark Graphics and as a consultant during the initial years at Capgemini.
