Marthe Aalvik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of maintenance planning and machine diagnostics. Currently serving as a Planlegger for Vedlikehold at Equinor since November 2024, Marthe has previously held leadership roles at Danelec as Project Department Manager and Project Manager. A significant tenure at Bently Nevada from March 2019 to November 2022 included positions as Machine Diagnostic Service Manager for Northern Europe and Nordic regions, as well as Team Lead of the MDS engineers in the Nordic region. Prior experience as a Machinery Diagnostic Engineer at Baker Hughes involved condition monitoring of various rotating equipment. Marthe began the career with a summer internship at Aker Solutions following the completion of a Master of Science degree in Energy and Process Technology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, along with sports studies at UiT- The Arctic University of Norway.
