Geirmund Larsen has extensive experience in business development and management within the energy sector, having held various leadership roles at Equinor since June 2015, including Vice President and Head of Origination and CFO Business Development, as well as Vice President and Head of Future Business. Prior to Equinor, Larsen served as Manager of Supplier Management and Efficiency at Statoil from May 2014 to June 2015, and held multiple positions at Statoil from July 2009 to March 2014, including VP and Head of Business Development for the Middle East and North Africa. Larsen's career began at StatoilHydro, where key roles included Manager of the International LNG Growth Team and Business Development Manager. Educational credentials include a degree from the University of Bath, completed between 1989 and 1992.
