Christian Hansen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector and a strong background in finance. Currently serving as Vice President Americas for Onshore Renewables at Equinor since February 2020, Christian is responsible for the P&L in the onshore renewables market across the Americas. Prior to this role, Christian held various key positions, including Manager of Market Origination and Strategy for Onshore Renewables at Statoil and Vice President of Project Development at Scatec Solar, where expertise was focused on solar business and project development across Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. Christian's educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from HEC Paris and a B.A. in Business Administration with a finance focus from the University of Washington.
