Todd Cowgill is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and HR operations. Currently serving as VP of Total Rewards at Equinix since August 2018, Todd has previously held senior roles at WageWorks, Hewlett-Packard, PAREXEL, Washington Mutual, Akamai Technologies, and Hay Group. Todd's expertise encompasses designing and implementing comprehensive compensation programs across various industries and countries, effectively managing teams, and partnering with business units to create successful human resources policies. Todd holds an MBA in Finance, Information Systems, and International Business from NYU Stern School of Business, as well as a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
