Rod Elder is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades in various leadership and technical roles. Currently serving as Principal at Elder Technology Partners since June 2024 and as Global Principal at Equinix since May 2011, Rod has played a pivotal role in strategic solutions enablement and customer collaboration. Prior positions include leading technology strategy at Allied Telesyn, where Rod oversaw VoIP solutions recognized for innovation, and founding Wioasis, Inc. with a focus on broadband solutions. Rod's background also includes significant contributions at companies such as Reliance Globalcom and MFS/Worldcom, along with an earlier career in network technology at Shell Oil.
