Ranses Milian has extensive experience in project management and customer support, currently serving as Customer Project Manager 3 at Equinix since May 2017, where responsibilities include managing customer installations and developing project schedules. Previously held roles at Verizon Enterprise Solutions included Analyst in Service Program Management and Implementation Project Manager focused on deploying internet and cloud projects for customers. Ranses also has a strong background in technical customer service, facilitating various support tasks and managing customer inquiries. Ranses holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology and is pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications at Keller Graduate School of Management.
