Karol Folkert has extensive experience in software engineering, currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Equinix since December 2021, where previous responsibilities included the role of Senior Software Engineer. Prior to Equinix, Karol worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Bombardier Transportation from December 2019 to November 2021. Karol's earlier career includes positions as a Software Developer at EPAM Systems, a Software Development Engineer at Siemens, and a Junior Software Developer at Diebold Nixdorf. Karol holds a Magister inżynier degree in Control, Electronic, and Information Engineering from The Silesian University of Technology, obtained in 2019, and an Inżynier degree in automatic control, robotics electronics, and telecommunication informatics from the same institution, earned in 2018.
