Chiara De Schryver is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within the human resources field. Currently serving as HR Business Partner for Infra - Mobility and Central & Support Services at Equans BeLux since October 2018, Chiara also has a background as a recruiter in the same organization. Previous experience includes HR Consultant roles at USG Professionals Belgium and hr talents, as well as a Talent Acquisition Specialist position at Cheops Technology nv/sa. Chiara began their career as a Business Analyst in Human Capital at Deloitte, focusing on change management projects. Academic qualifications include a Master in Human Resource Management from Antwerp Management School and a Master's degree in History from the University of Antwerp, coupled with a Bachelor's degree obtained through the Erasmus program at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
