Mark Barr is an experienced professional with a diverse background in development, real estate, digital media, and mental health counseling. Currently serving as the Development Officer for Equality Florida, Mark manages community steering committees and contributes to significant fundraising efforts, successfully raising over $800,000 through numerous events. Previously, Mark held roles as a Sales Associate Realtor at Summers Realty, Retail Merchandising Manager at Rambo Nursery Inc., and various positions in real estate, demonstrating strong negotiation and client service skills. Additionally, Mark has experience in eLearning development as a Digital Media Manager at QSAC and has worked in mental health as an intern with Volunteers of America. Mark holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Utah and a Master’s in Mass Communication from The New School.
