Phil Telfeyan is the Founder and Executive Director of a non-profit civil rights organization dedicated to addressing wealth-based inequality in the criminal justice system. Prior to this role, Phil served as a Senior Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice and as a Judicial Law Clerk at the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. Phil has also gained experience as a Student Attorney, Summer Associate, Law Clerk, Policy Research Intern, and Grant Review Intern at various organizations. Phil holds a Doctor of Law degree from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Government from Harvard University.
