Sukh Singh has extensive work experience as a business analyst, with a focus on senior roles. Sukh began their career at Capgemini as a Project Analyst in 2005 and then worked at HiFX as a Senior Business Analyst from 2007 to 2010. Sukh then joined Betfair Ltd as a Senior International Business Analyst, where they were responsible for understanding strategic and regulatory requirements. Sukh worked at easyJet from 2012 to 2015, leading their re-platforming program and conducting workshops to elicit business and technical requirements. After that, they worked at Whitbread and easyJet once again in senior business analyst roles.

In 2018, Sukh joined Virgin Media O2 as a Senior Business Analyst, where they were the sole BA in a team supporting the development of the O2 Priority Loyalty App. Sukh created and managed the backlog of user stories, facilitated scope definition workshops, and conducted sprint conditioning and release planning with Scrum teams.

Sukh then co-founded MY-SCOOT in 2019, a direct-to-consumer online store for electric scooters and accessories. Sukh sourced suppliers globally and set up trade agreements for the sale of various electric scooter brands.

Most recently, in 2022, Sukh joined HM Revenue & Customs as a Senior Business Analyst.

Sukh Singh attended Handsworth Grammar School from 1991 to 1998, but didn't pursue a degree or field of study at that time. Sukh then enrolled at The University of Manchester from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a BSc in Computation. Later, in 2001 to 2002, Sukh attended the Alliance Manchester Business School to obtain a MSc in Technology Management. In 2006 to 2007, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Aston University. More recently, in 2018, Sukh Singh participated in the Oxford Blockchain Strategy Programme at the University of Oxford, completing an Executive Course.
