In their roles, Mark has demonstrated expertise in customer experience, design thinking, and problem-solving. Mark has worked on projects for major retail, fintech, and pure play organizations, focusing on innovation and user-centered design.

Mark has successfully led teams and guided them in adopting user-centered design cultures. Mark has collaborated with stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and creative directors, to define design vision and communicate conceptual ideas effectively.

Mark Halliwell began their education at Parkland High School from 1978 to 1982. After completing high school, they attended Runshaw College from 1983 to 1985, where they focused on Foundation Art. Mark then enrolled at Blackburn Art College from 1986 to 1989 and obtained an OND degree in Graphic Design. Following that, Mark pursued a one-year program at the London School of Communication Art in 1989-1990, specializing in Advertising.
