Josie L. has a diverse range of work experience. Josie currently works as a DevOps Engineer for the HM Passport Office through Equal Experts. Prior to this, they worked as a DevOps Engineer for Equal Experts itself and for HM Revenue & Customs. Josie also has experience as a Junior Technical Architect and Azure Implementation Engineer at Cognizant Microsoft Business Group. Josie began their career as a Graduate Engineer at Roke and worked as a Rides and Attractions Assistant at LEGOLAND Windsor.

Josie L. completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Royal Holloway, University of London, graduating in 2019. Prior to that, they attended Edgbarrow Sixth Form from 2014 to 2016 and Garth Hill College from 2009 to 2014. Josie has also obtained several certifications, including AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in June 2022, HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate from HashiCorp in December 2021, Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert from Microsoft in December 2021, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate from Microsoft in August 2021, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in June 2021.
