James Herndon is an accessibility consultant at Equal Entry. James has over ten years of experience as a content developer and technical writer. Herndon has worked with a variety of companies, including the International Snow Leopard Trust, True Stories Project, HealthPort LLC, and HiSoftware. James has composed and designed new website content, including photos, slide shows, page layouts, and donor solicitation pages. James has also written and edited grant reports, newsletter articles, and promotional interviews. In addition, Herndon has conducted community interviews and moderated online discussion groups.

James Herndon started their educational career by getting a Bachelor of Arts in English from North Carolina State University. After that, they got a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Warren Wilson College. Finally, they got a certification from the IAAP - International Association of Accessibility Professionals in Certification Name: Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC).
