Manu Rikhye is a seasoned professional in investment and business strategy with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Partner at Merak Ventures since August 2022 and growX ventures since October 2017, Manu focuses on helping early-stage startups scale through strategic and operational support. Previously, as Chairman of Encore Asset Reconstruction Company from February 2016 to March 2018, Manu directed business strategy and talent development. At Encore Capital Group, from September 2005 to March 2017, Manu led India operations, significantly contributing to the company's growth, including the acquisition of Baycorp. Earlier roles include Assistant Vice President at Global Vantedge, where operational efficiencies were optimized, and Assistant Manager at GE Capital International Services, focusing on training and development. Manu holds an Executive Program in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a degree from IHM Pusa.
