Anne-Laure Konopelski (nee Martinez) is an accomplished risk management professional with extensive experience in the finance industry. Currently serving as Group Risk Director at EQT Partners/EQT AB since January 2015, Anne-Laure has developed in-house risk frameworks and performed comprehensive risk assessments for various investment strategies while liaising with regulators and investors. Prior to this role, Anne-Laure held the position of Operational Due Diligence Manager at Aberdeen Asset Management, focusing on due diligence for hedge funds and private equity. Earlier experience includes working as an Investment Analyst at Mercer Investment Consulting, where contributions were made to consulting projects and operational best practices in alternative investments. Anne-Laure began their career as an Associate at IAMCO Partners LLP and as a Marketing Analyst at Wambo, Inc. Anne-Laure holds a Master’s degree in Management from HEC Paris and furthered education at Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.
