Peggy Poon currently serves as the COO of EQT Foundation since March 2022, focusing on providing risk capital to entrepreneurs and supporting research for impact economies. Additionally, Poon is an advisor and founder of Time to Raise, a program designed to connect women-led startups with investors. Previously, Poon was the Head of Nordics for Microsoft for Startups and held various roles at IBM, including Chairperson of the Board for IBMers helping kids in the world and Senior Technical Strategy Consultant. Poon's early career includes founding Green Pickup, a sustainability service that earned multiple awards, and working as a Business Consultant at Innofactor Sverige and Engine Optimizer at iSoftStone. Poon holds both an MSc and a BSc in Computer & Systems Science from Stockholm University.
