Tawfiq Abu-Khajil is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, business development, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Eqo since March 2023, Tawfiq focuses on enhancing employee referral systems. Previously, Tawfiq held the position of Operating Board Member and Head of Digital at TechWadi, where efforts were directed towards fostering connections between Silicon Valley and the Middle East & Africa to support entrepreneurs. Additional roles include Director of Sales at Qualifi, Sales Team Lead at iCIMS' Video Studio, Enterprise Business Development at Quadpay, Business Development Representative at Quadpay, Co-Founder and Sales Lead at Halalivery, and Door to Door Fundraiser at HOME Fundraising Ltd. Tawfiq holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Nottingham and has furthered legal education at The University of Law.
