Patrick Donelan has been a successful software engineer for over a decade. Patrick began their career in 2006 as Co-Founder and CTO of SDH Consulting Group. In 2010, they joined Google as a Senior Staff Software Engineer. During their time there, they led the Google Maps Gaming Platform, growing the team from 0 to 15 engineers and scaling the product into an enterprise offering. In 2019, they left Google to become CTO and Co-Founder of EQL.
Patrick Donelan completed a BSc, BE(SoftEng)(Hons), and DipML(Chin) from the University of Melbourne between 2000 and 2005, studying Software Engineering, Physics, and Chinese (Mandarin). Patrick also completed an exchange program at Tsinghua University in 2005, focusing on Chinese (Mandarin).
