Rob McGlinchey has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Rob co-founded EQDerivatives in 2014, a platform that provides revenue opportunities for investors, asset managers, and service providers in quantitative, volatility, and alternatives investing. As Director and Co-Founder, they connected global allocators with asset managers and hedge funds, while driving education and supporting innovative solutions in portfolio diversification. Additionally, Rob served as Publisher for The Journal of Systematic Investing starting in 2019. Rob was also Director and Co-Founder of machineByte from 2018 to 2020. Furthermore, Rob has experience in the sports industry, serving as Secretary of the Dons Trust Board for AFC Wimbledon from 2015 to 2017. Prior to these roles, they worked as a Derivatives Editor for Euromoney Institutional Investor's GlobalCapital & Institutional Investor News from 2009 to 2014.

Rob McGlinchey attended St Mary's College, University of Surrey from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Prior to that, they attended The London Oratory from 2002 to 2004.
