Nico Sin currently serves as the Learning and Development Manager at EQ Kuala Lumpur, a position held since September 2023. Prior experience includes various roles at Resorts World Genting from October 2017 to September 2023, ranging from Assistant Manager of Health, Safety & Compliance to Executive in Document Management & Deployment. Nico Sin began professional development as an Officer in Total Quality Management. Educationally, Nico Sin earned a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) between May 2014 and May 2017, following a Foundation degree in Arts at the same institution from May 2013 to May 2014.
