Samseiha UK is a seasoned hydrologist and drainage specialist with extensive experience in water resource management and engineering. Currently serving as both a hydrologist and a national water accounting specialist, Samseiha UK has worked on significant projects, including the Second Road Asset Management Project and a utility-scale solar PV park advisory for the Association of Southeast Asian Nations. Previous roles include team leader for flood assessments and contributions to irrigation infrastructure rehabilitation, as well as experience in various hydrological modeling and engineering capacities. With a Master’s degree in Natural Disaster Management from Gadjah Mada University and a Bachelor’s degree in Water Resources Engineering from the Institute of Technology of Cambodia, Samseiha UK combines strong academic expertise with practical field experience.
