Boris Scekic is an experienced Project Director with a strong background in managing EU and WB funded projects focused on water sector reforms, social inclusion, and environmental compliance. Since May 2012 at Eptisa, Boris has overseen various projects, coordinating teams of national and international experts while ensuring effective planning, financial management, and stakeholder engagement. Previous roles at the Ministry for the National Investment Plan and as a Project Assistant in USAID initiatives highlight Boris's expertise in investment program management and capacity building in infrastructure projects. Boris holds a Master's degree in Political Sciences from the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Belgrade.
