Dhiren D'Souza is an accomplished leader in the technology and advertising sectors with extensive experience in emerging technologies and digital innovation. Since October 2019, Dhiren has served as Senior Vice President and Head of Emerging Technologies & Business Innovation at Epsilon, focusing on cross-functional roles that enhance revenue growth and business efficiency. Prior to Epsilon, Dhiren co-founded and led SearchForce from May 2004 to October 2019, where significant advancements in digital advertising were achieved, impacting over 200,000 local advertisers and generating substantial annual media budgets. Dhiren holds master's degrees in Computational Statistics and Machine Learning as well as Quantitative Finance from Rutgers University, and a bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Luther College.
