Damian Ruoff is currently serving as the Vice President of Internal Affairs for Epsilon Nu Tau- Upsilon at Indiana University, where responsibilities include collaborating with the executive board to enhance fraternity operations and overseeing a team of directors and chairs focused on innovation and implementation. Additionally, Damian Ruoff is active in the Recruitment Committee, successfully organizing efforts that led to the addition of 25 new members while honing professional skills through weekly meetings. Since August 2023, Damian Ruoff has been a member of Beta Alpha Psi at Indiana University-Bloomington, focusing on networking with employers and peers and participating in developmental workshops. Damian Ruoff is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, along with a minor in Mathematics, at Indiana University Bloomington, expected to graduate in 2025.
