Mark Giddy serves as the IT Security and Infrastructure Officer at Epping Forest District Council since April 2009, overseeing the organization's internal network and Wi-Fi administration. Previously, Mark held roles as an IT Network Support Analyst/Engineer and IT Technical Support Analyst, supporting over 700 users and managing extensive network infrastructure. Prior to this, Mark was a Freelance Photographer specializing in Family Portraits and Wedding Photography at GIDDYIMAGES for a year. Mark also gained valuable experience at GlaxoSmithKline Pharma GmbH from 1999 to 2008, where responsibilities included supporting IT infrastructure, managing desktop support teams, and addressing the needs of manufacturing customers. Mark holds a BSc in Photography and Electronic Imaging Sciences from the University of Westminster, completed in 1998.
