Jurgen Xerri is an experienced professional currently serving as an Accredited Parliamentary Assistant at the European Parliament since July 2024 and a participant in the EPP Group Traineeship since February 2023, focusing on current events across the 27 Member States. Prior to these roles, Jurgen Xerri worked as a Policy and Communications intern at currENT Europe, a part-time Journalist at Media.link Communications Company Limited, and an Event Coordinator for Iklin Local Council. Additionally, Jurgen has experience as an English Teacher at EC English Language Centres, an Internship Trainee within the Ministry of the Office of the Prime Minister of Malta, and a Marketing Specialist at ifs Malta. Jurgen holds a Master's degree in European Economics, Politics and Law and a Bachelor's degree in European Studies from the University of Malta, along with a Certificate in Leadership from Esprimi.
