Prior to this role, Nilesh held the position of Management Executive at Sunrise Industries (India) Limited from November 2022 to March 2024. Nilesh's academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering (Composite) from Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology, Surat, where Nilesh also completed a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Gujarat Technological University. Nilesh's professional journey includes valuable experience as a Research Fellow and Doctoral Researcher.
