Christel Ladegaard is the owner and consultant of EPO - præstationsfremmende kommunikation since January 2013, specializing in training employees at all organizational levels to enhance communication skills. Additionally, Christel has served as a Speaker Coach for TED Conferences from 2019 to 2024 and as an Associate at Mannaz I Kurser og uddannelser from November 2014 to December 2020. Previous roles include instructor positions at Erhvervsakademi Aarhus and CPH WEST, and experience as a trainer and partner at LADEGAARD Partner. Christel's early career involved roles as an International Developer at Blended Learning International A/S and as a trainee at LADEGAARD A/S. Christel holds multiple degrees from Copenhagen Business School and the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, focusing on business administration, organizational communication, and corporate communications.
