Mehdi Gheddache has extensive experience in digital project management and innovation within the medico-social sector, currently serving as the Coordinateur du Fab Lab Digital at EPNAK since May 2018, where responsibilities include product development, project coordination, and digital innovation implementation. Prior to this role, Mehdi Gheddache held various positions at EPNAK, including Chef de projet digital and Chargé de mission for digital projects. Additional experience includes serving as Référent qualité at CRP EPNAK OISSEL and holding multiple roles at ERP Jean l'Herminier, including Coordonnateur Qualité and Gestionnaire comptable et financier. Mehdi Gheddache also worked as a Gestionnaire financier for the Ministère des Armées and co-founded the Association East4Arts. An educator, Mehdi Gheddache taught French at Latvijas Universitate. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Sciences du langage and a Bachelor's degree in Langues étrangères from Université de Rouen.
