Malika HILLION has extensive experience in employment and training support, currently serving as the Référente de parcours DFA at EPNAK since November 2021. Prior to this role, Malika worked as a Formatrice/Conseillère emploi-formation at CAP EMPLOI 22-OPS from September 2018 to November 2021, and held positions at SYNERGIHP BRETAGNE and Saint-Brieuc Armor Agglomération in roles related to human resources management and training. Educational qualifications include a License in Gestion des ressources humaines from ESUP and a Titre FPA from AFPA. With a career spanning over two decades, Malika has focused on helping individuals in various stages of employment through training, project development, and social reintegration.
