Tom Lien has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Tom began their career in 1992 as a Technical Services Manager at CompUSA. From 1994 to 1998, they worked at Media Promotions and Reliant Integrations as an Account Manager. In 1994, they also joined CIBER as a Senior Account Manager, and later transitioned to the role of Account Manager until 1998. Tom then joined SourceOne as an Account Manager from 1998 to 2001. Since 2001, Tom has been working at ePlus inc., initially as a Senior Account Executive until 2012, and later as a Regional Vice President responsible for business development and partner relationships.

Tom Lien earned a BA in Philosophy from Santa Clara University from 1991 to 1995.
