Stephane Serrano is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the industrial packaging and flexible packaging sectors. Currently serving as the Sales Director for Southwestern Europe at Greif since July 2019, Stephane manages sales activities for multiple brands and handles major accounts in various industries, including chemicals and pharmaceuticals. Prior to this role, Stephane held the position of Sales and Marketing Director at GEALAN Fenster-Systeme GmbH in Germany, where responsibilities included developing sales strategies and training. Additional experience includes roles as Sales Director and Key Account Manager at Ets TROCCON/API2R and as a Key Account Manager at C.P. Bourg. Stephane's educational background includes a Specialized Master’s Degree in Sales and Marketing Management from HEC Paris and a Leadership Degree from Harvard Business School.
