Steven D. Tinnin is an experienced professional in land acquisition and development, currently serving as Vice President of Land Acquisition & Development at Ashton Woods Homes since October 2022. Previously, Steven held similar roles at K. Hovnanian® Homes, managing all aspects of land acquisition and development for the Houston Division for over a decade. Additional experience includes positions at USAA Real Estate Company, where Steven worked as a Real Estate Development Analyst, and leadership roles at Tinnin Development Company, McGuyer Homebuilders, Gehan Homes, and Skymark Development Company. Steven's educational background includes a Master of Real Estate, Finance and Valuation from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Urban & Regional Planning from Texas State University.
