Tony Orecchio is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and architecture across diverse industries. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Episource since July 2024, Orecchio previously held positions including Director of Software Engineering at NextGear Capital and Director of Architecture PSL Originations at Sallie Mae, where oversight of an 80-person development organization was a significant achievement. Orecchio's background includes senior technical roles at Salesforce.com and Liberty Mutual Insurance, as well as earlier positions at Huntington National Bank and Orecchio Ingenuity, Inc., where expertise in integration and development technologies was applied. Orecchio earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from West Virginia University Institute of Technology in 1991.
