Truong Nguyen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and external affairs within the non-profit sector. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Episcopal Relief & Development since April 2022, Truong previously held the position of Director of External Affairs at Youth Guidance for the Becoming A Man (BAM) and Working on Womanhood (WOW) programs from December 2019 to March 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Business Development at the International Youth Foundation, where responsibilities encompassed the development of regional strategies and securing partnerships with various agencies and corporations. Truong's background also features contributions as a Coordinator of Business Development at Peace Corps and as an Education Volunteer. As a certified Passport to Success® Master Trainer, Truong led workshops across multiple countries to enhance educators' capacities in youth development and learning pedagogy. Education credentials include a degree from Quinnipiac University.
