Guillaume Appé has held a variety of roles in the field of Computational Biology and Data Science. In 2020, they worked as a Computational Biologist and Computational Biologist Intern at Epigene Labs. In 2019, they were a Data Scientist Intern at Keen Eye, where they were part of the DataScience Team and worked on applications of Deep Learning in Medical Image Analysis. Guillaume also created pipelines to use Computer Vision algorithms on the company's website and integrated useful Deep Learning state-of-the-art papers in existing algorithms. In 2018, they were a Stagiaire at Atradius Nederland, where they developed a tool for the analysis of unstructured data and was part of the project management team. Guillaume also created models on IBM Watson, using IBM API to continuously improve models.

Guillaume Appé completed their education history with a Master of Science in Biotechnology from CentraleSupélec in 2020. Prior to that, they attended CentraleSupélec from 2016 to 2019. Guillaume also attended Lycée Fénelon from 2013 to 2016 and obtained a CPGE in Maths-Physique.
