Dima Polyak has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. In 2006, Dima joined Macrovision Corporation as a Manager of Network Operations, where they were responsible for overseeing and managing the operation team, incident management, availability reporting, and change management. They successfully executed a major Data Center consolidation project, resulting in significant cost savings.

In 2008, Dima joined LiteScape Technologies as the Director of Operations. Their role involved establishing a global data center strategy, managing a 24x7 operations team, and developing corporate policies and standards. They were also responsible for creating a business plan and implementing a monitoring strategy within a tight budget.

Dima then moved to Cisco Systems in 2009 as a Sr. Manager of Technical Engineering & Operations. Their responsibilities included forming and directing teams focusing on architecture, systems engineering, performance, capacity, and abuse for Cisco Mail. They designed a highly scalable and reliable global SaaS platform and implemented ITIL processes to meet compliance standards.

In 2011, Dima joined Riot Games as a Manager of Operations Architecture. They played a crucial role in developing innovative online gaming titles, with a specific focus on strategy and role-playing games. Dima contributed to the creation of League of Legends, a premium online title.

In 2016, Dima co-founded Ai Fuels, a company aimed at pushing the boundaries of human potential, encouraging personal empowerment, and providing educational resources. They remained with the company until 2019.

Dima then joined Super League Gaming in 2017 as an SVP of Experiences and later became the VP of Technical Operations and Events. Super League Gaming offers a unique social gaming experience through its proprietary technology platform, allowing gamers and spectators to participate in popular multiplayer games like Minecraft.

In 2019, Dima joined Subspace as the Head of Infrastructure and later became the Head of International Network Deployment. Subspace specializes in deep tech global networking and serves leading multiplayer games in creating competitive and engaging online experiences.

In 2021, Dima joined Machina Labs as a Vice President of Operations, where they contributed to the company's operational excellence. Later in 2022, Dima joined Kolex as the Vice President of Operations.

Alongside their professional roles, Dima also co-founded Vennah Made in 2015. The company specializes in branding, product development, and custom manufacturing, collaborating with entrepreneurs, influencers, artists, and indie brands to create beauty products, lifestyle merchandise, and luxury promotional goods.

Dima Polyak obtained a Highschool Diploma in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Lynbrook High School between 1995 and 1997. Subsequently, from 1997 to 2009, Dima attended De Anza College, completing an AA degree in Liberal Arts with a focus on Management Information Systems (MIS) and Business.
