Chad Grill has extensive work experience in the field of IT and engineering. Chad began their career as a Helpdesk Technician at Epicor Software in 1995 and held this role until 2000. From 2000 to 2011, they worked as a Network Engineer at Epicor Software, where they were responsible for troubleshooting user requests, implementing and monitoring backup processes, supporting VMWare environments, maintaining network infrastructure and security, and implementing various solutions for file sharing and connectivity. Additionally, Chad has experience working as an Independent Contractor as a Systems Engineer from 2002 to 2008.
